First public release of Clipmark: screen capture, annotation and screen recording for Windows 11.

Highlights

  • Capture: rectangle, window, full screen, all monitors, freeform; delay; hotkey (Ctrl+Print Screen, or Print Screen itself)
  • Editor: pen, highlighter, shapes, arrows that stick to shapes, text, select / resize / rotate, crop with exact sizes, eyedropper, fill
  • Editable PNG that reopens with live objects
  • Text actions: OCR copy, quick redact of emails and phone numbers, QR codes; text extractor
  • Screen recording to MP4 (H.264 + AAC) with system audio and microphone
  • Tray app, start with Windows, notification banners

Install

Download Clipmark-1.0.0-win-x64.zip, extract it, run Clipmark.App.exe. Windows 11 x64, no runtime needed.
The build is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may ask for confirmation ("More info" > "Run anyway").
To remove: run Clipmark.App.exe --restore-system once, then delete the folder.

SHA-256 of the zip is in Clipmark-1.0.0-win-x64.zip.sha256.
