Server-side default theme (#52): set a default theme for browsers that have not picked one yet with ./install.sh default-theme <key> (menu option 8). New visitors get the default on first load, a user's own selection always wins. Works on PVE, PBS and PDM, survives Proxmox updates via the APT hook. Clear with ./install.sh default-theme none.
