  • Added the following query conditions fields:
    • Project Creation Time
    • Project Deleted Time
    • User Creation Time
  • Added "Exclude deleted projects" check box to forms for specifying "to users" for notifications
  • Added a "View in Query Builder" button to the "to users" section of the notification page that is used to open the "to users" specification as a query in the query builder
  • Fixed bug where a query involving a project-related condition set to "is null" would return users with no projects matching the specified conditions
  • Improved developer documentation and automated web tests

  • Upgraded development dependency phpunit from 9.6.10 to 11.0.6
  • Removed development dependency vimeo/psalm, because it conflicts with phpunit, and is no longer needed with the introduction of the security scan script provided by REDCap
  • Upgraded development dependency php_codesniffer from 3.7.2 to 3.9.0
  • Upgraded the external module framework from 12 to 14
  • Upgraded web test dependencies
