Removed "age =" and "age <>" operators, because these server no practical purpose
Age is based on the time the query is executed, so except for the case where someone runs the query at the exact time of the value specified, "age =" will always be false and "age <> will always be true
Changed the underlying SQL time function used from TIMESTAMPDIFF to DATE_SUB
TIMESTAMPDIFF was truncating values based on the units specified, so specifying "age > 1 year" was equivalent to "age >= 2 years", because year values greater than 1 and less than 2 were truncated to 1, e.g., 1.7 was truncated to 1
