  • Added "user comments" and "display on email users" query variables
  • Added exclusion option for notification "to users" forms for users who do not have the "display on email users" option checked
  • Added sorting and filtering of notifications to the notifications page, and changed to initial order from ascending to descending (based on notification ID, which should correspond to creation time)
