Languages System has been added

Custom Join/Leave Messages: Players can set personalized join and leave messages that others see when they enter or exit the server.

Admin Commands: Administrators can manage players' join/leave messages, either setting them directly or clearing them.

Graphical User Interface (GUI): Provides a user-friendly GUI for players to interact with, making it easier to set and manage their messages.

Language Selection: Allows players to choose their preferred language for messages through an integrated language selection GUI.

Info Commands: Players and admins can check specific join/leave info for themselves or other players, displaying when someone last joined or left the server.

Configuration Options: The plugin offers flexibility through configuration files (DataLang.yml, English.yml, etc.) to customize messages and settings.

Reload Capability: Admins can reload the plugin configuration without restarting the server, ensuring changes take effect promptly.

Permissions System: Uses a permissions system to control who can use each command, ensuring security and controlled access to plugin features.
