v0.4.0 - It tells you what's new

PM Co-Pilot now tells you in your chat when it updates, with a short note on what changed, so you are not chasing release notes.

v0.3.0 - Easy start + the improve skill

The two big things since first release:

Getting started is obvious. Open a chat and just say "set me up" and it runs your setup. No slash command to memorize. Setup now ends by showing what it knows about you, and it tells you whenever it saves something new, so your memory is visible instead of hidden.

New skill: improve. Paste a link or a technique about running Claude or agents better and it tells you what's worth adopting for your setup (Adopt / Adapt / Skip), then applies it on your yes or saves it for the weekly self-improvement pass.

Updating never touches your CLAUDE.md or memory. Full history in CHANGELOG.md.
