[Feature Request] Allow advanced/developer users to bypass the smart health checks

As an advanced user, I would like to be able to use hard drives that have unhealthy smart data.
Due to rising costs of compute, not everyone can afford to replace drives that have surpassed the manufacturers percentage_used.

I am well aware of the workarounds and have been using it, but this does not allow me to use thee pool properly.
