#486 Adds new check File Found to Invoke-IcingaCheckDirectory, which is reported as information by default and allows to override the plugin state with -OverrideNotFound in case no files were found matching the provided filters. If -OverrideNotFound is set, a not existing -Path will no longer throw an exception
