Add support for bounded properties. For example `Pset_ElectricalDeviceCommon` is missing `RatedCurrent`, `RatedVoltage`, `NominalFrequencyRange` in the UI.

I might be missing something, but it seems Pset_ElectricalDeviceCommon is missing RatedCurrent, RatedVoltage, NominalFrequencyRange in the UI.

I have the same issue. I wanted to edit the NominalPartLoadRatio property of the Pset_BoilerTypeCommon PropertySet. But it was missing.

Than I wanted to add it myself through a new template but had to find out, that the only available options for IfcReal are P_SINGLEVALUE and P_ENUMERATEDVALUE but P_BOUNDEDVALUE was missing. Could you please add this?
