Duplicated mesh faces

Current version of Blender+Blender BIM produces a non-manifold mesh with duplicate faces.
The problem does not exist in Blender 3.6.1+BBIM 0.0.230902

Yes, the problem is still present in bonsai-0.8.3-alpha2504241459 (Blender 4.3.2 Python 3.11 Windows)
