Feature Description
Would it be possible to have an option where bim.link_ifc() was able to pull in a synced .blend/.ifc file, that is as an alternative to the method where the sqlite database is created?
I think this approach used to work a number of years ago.
The reason I ask is that I have a core and shell model that i'd like to link into a tenant model.
The core & shell model has a bunch of external style assignments that I'd like have show up in the tenant model, when linked.
Currently when linking the core and shell model, these external style assignments are not visible via the sqlite translation.

This would also allow the granularity of turning on/off certain objects from this linked file. That is, the exclude/include filters could work on them.
