[igx-chip] Is it expected that IgxChipComponent.chipClick event fires on right click?

IgxChipComponent.chipClick event fires on right click and it also triggers selection.

@pmoleri The chip should not perform any action or fire events on right-click. I compared it with the WC chip, and the WC one seems to behave accordingly. Upon further investigation, this appears to be caused by the IgxDrag directive, which affects the IgxChip and the grid row-dragging feature.
I have logged it as an issue and included some additional context. #17424
