[CellEditor]: Select/Combo/Simple Combo/Input border type with igxLabel shows unnecessary borders

Related to #16452
Using an IgxSelect, IgxCombo, IgxSimpleCombo, or IgxInput inside a cell editor with an igxLabel results in unnecessary top and bottom borders when the type is set to "border".
