Collapsing a Master Detail row scrolls the grid to the bottom.

Description

Collapsing a row when all are expanded and the scroll position is near the middle of the grid scroll the grid to the bottom

• igniteui-angular version: 9.0.x
• browser: any

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Grid Master-Detail in the sample browser.
2. Expand all rows
3. Scroll to the "Victoria Ashworth" contact name (11th master row) so its at the top of the view area
4. Collapse the row

Result

The grid scroll to the bottom or at least close to the bottom

Expected result

The grid should not scroll and keep the collapsed row visible
