Updates the TypeDoc build script to include additional entry points so API docs generation covers the Chat and Grid Lite APIs alongside the main igniteui-angular public API.

- Switches TypeDoc
entryPoints()(non-localized, non-jsonImport mode) from a single rootpublic_api.tsentry to multiple entry points. - Adds Chat and Grid Lite sources as additional TypeDoc entry points.
