  • Update Ignite UI for Angular projects to version 8 🎉 PR #518 (ef1ca65)

  • Add IE11 build configurations; update web-animations versions. PR #521 (800132d)
    Note: As of Angular 8, differential loading is enabled for build output in CLI projects, however the dev ng serve no longer loads the conditional polyfills and thus will not run in IE11 by default (see angular/angular-cli#14455). Ignite UI CLI projects come with the additional configuration so you can run ng serve --configuration es5 to test in older browsers, such as IE11.
