This release introduces an in-app automatic update notification engine, active file lock filtering, and accurate zero-state clean deactivation.

budwin automatically checks GitHub on startup for new releases and shows a glowing UPDATE badge in the sidebar.
Inside Preferences, users can preview the release notes and click "Download Update" to open the latest release.
Excludes locked background application files and virtual disk containers (.vhdx, .vhd, .sys, swap*) from cleanable counts so in-use files are never falsely shown as junk.
The "Clean" and "Clean All" buttons automatically deactivate whenever cleanable space reaches 0.0 MB (or only active locked files remain).
Removed all fallback placeholders across the storage and temp cleaners.

Download budwin.exe from the Assets below and run (100% portable, no installation required).
