First official release of KKAPI for AI-Shoujo.

Requires at least BepInEx 5 RC1, to install copy to the Bepinex\plugins folder. By itself the API does nothing, instead other plugins use it to interact with the game.

Most of the core API is unchanged from Koikatu, so most plugins should work with minimal changes. At the moment only the most commonly used controls are implemented, more will get added as necessary.
