Introduction
This release bumps Doobie's version and fixes some unsound implications.
Note: Since Doobie v1.0.0-RC13 changed its root package, iron-doobie is not binary compatible. If you're still using RC12, you can pick Iron Doobie v3.3.1 which works with Iron v3.3.2.
