Glad to contribute. I have some more potential fixes, but they will take some more review to make sure they are correct to do. Can I raise a GitHub issue if I'm not sure? Otherwise, I can make another batch and explain any concerns in the PR description. |

Fixes various typos site-wide. Most corrections are typo fixes. Note one change fixes an unmatched HTML tag
sampltocode.
