HDR Anomaly Challenge Sample Archive

This is the status of the sample repository presented to the participants of the first HDR ML Challenge, Anomaly Detection in Scientific Domains, as presented by the Imageomics Institute. It includes training code, baselines, and a notebook running through an example workflow loading and evaluating a subset of the data, then training a model on that data.
