Describe "Hugging Face" and "Spaces" terminology

Questions arise regularly about what is meant by "spaces". Similarly, it could be helpful to avoid taking for granted the meaning of the term "Hugging Face". A brief update to the subheader on the site could clear these up.

The current subheader says:

Explore and discover public code, datasets, models, and spaces.

Possible update:

Imageomics shares its source code on the GitHub platform and its models, datasets, and spaces (demo apps) on the Hugging Face platform.
Use this catalog to explore and discover what is relevant to your work.

@thompsonmj, I like your suggested rephrasing. I have wondered a few times if it would be better to replace "spaces" with "demos" in the dropdown, especially as we've been considering additional platform support.

I like the phrasing as well. I think people understand what is meant by demos, but spaces is way too jargony
