This update introduces a more modular codebase and contributing guidelines. The only downstream user change is the addition of the HF_ORGANIZATION_NAME configuration key (in public/config.yaml); this allows for organization name differences between Hugging Face and GitHub beyond just case (HF is case-sensitive, GH is not).
