Lepidoptera Wing Segmentation

This release contains the code necessary to train a yolov8 model for wing detection and segmentation. For more information on the model, please visit: https://huggingface.co/imageomics/butterfly_segmentation_yolo_v8

This release also contains python scripts to perform wing segmentation using the masks generated by yolov8.
