A fn that cannot wait says so in OrchestrateLang.

Fixed

  • A fn that calls a serverlet, a landline, a task, sleep, or a parallel block now
fails with an OrchestrateLang error naming the function and the call, and saying to
declare it as a task. It used to reach Cargo and surface as rustc's
"await is only allowed inside async functions", pointing at generated code the user
never wrote. fn compiles to a synchronous Rust function and task to an async one,
which is the rule the message now states; docs/language-reference.md §2.5 states it too.
