orchestrate is also a cargo subcommand.

Added

• cargo orch and cargo orchestrate run every command the orchestrate binary does —
  run, build, check, and prom — with the same arguments and exit codes. The two
  spellings are interchangeable; pick whichever reads better in your scripts. cargo install --path . installs the cargo-orch and cargo-orchestrate binaries alongside
  orchestrate, which is all cargo needs to find them.

  OrchestrateLang stays a standalone compiler: these are thin wrappers over the same
  dispatch, not a proc macro, so .orch files remain the unit of compilation and
  orchestrate keeps working unchanged.
