Slade 64 for Windows x64

From Molecicco: Adds padding to wad lumps when saving to conform to the N64 memory transfer functions used by Doom 64 (http://ultra64.ca/files/documentation/online-manuals/functions_reference_manual_2.0i/os/osPiStartDma.html).

This allows saving and editing an uncompressed Doom 64 wad that can be later stored into the Doom 64 rom.
