What's new

  • package.json with agents.skills[] manifest (npm-agentskills standard). Enables discovery via npx skills add, skills.sh, LobeHub, and other Agent Skills platforms.
  • agents/openai.yaml for OpenAI Codex discoverability
  • GitHub topic agentskills added for improved search
  • Quality fix: em-dash headings replaced in n8n-agents-review skill
  • SKILLS_LOG.md added to .gitignore

All 21 skills remain unchanged. This release adds external discoverability without modifying skill content.
