Bread Faculty POS v0.3.0 — Self-contained, fully offline

A single installer. No PostgreSQL, no Windows service, no internet required.

What changed

• Embedded SQLite database — the app stores data in a local file under your user profile (AppData) and builds its own schema on first launch. No database to install or configure.
• Server runs inside the app — Electron starts the backend automatically; there is no separate service to install or keep running.
• Works fully offline — fonts are bundled and the auto-updater is disabled. No network needed at any point.
• Receipt & statement header updated (Prono Street, Tema · +233 277120057).

Install

1. Run Bread Faculty POS-Setup-0.3.0.exe.
2. Launch the app — it sets up its database on first run automatically.
3. Log in with admin@bakery.com / admin123, then change the password when prompted.
4. Add cashiers under Settings → Users.

Notes

• This replaces the previous multi-piece setup (separate PostgreSQL + server). It does not touch any existing installation's data.
• First launch takes a few extra seconds while the database is created.
