Support for installing apk with target SDK lower then 23 (restriction in Android 14+)

Is possible to install apk with target SDK lower then 23 (restriction in Android 14+)?
If yes, how?

I'm author of application PPPPutSettings (PPPPS) with target SDK 22. And with Obtainium is not possible to install it.

InstallWithOptions has this. Parameter: "Bypas Low Target SDK Block" and working also with Shiziku.
However, this application requires a downloaded apk of the application, which I am going to install.

Are you using the Shizuku install method? I'm not sure if this is an Obtainium issue.

I've made a change to make Shizuku installation method use a flag to specify the intention to bypass the low target SDK version block when installing apps. After that change is merged, the next release of Obtainium should still won't be able to install apps targeting older SDK versions if Shizuku or Sui is used for app installations, see comment below.

Question: It is in 1.1.20? If yes how to install my app? Because not working in 1.1.20. Maybe bad configured installation of my app. Shizuku is started and granted for Obtainium.
In Obtainium is displayed "Incompatible".

Sorry, you're right, I never tested the change myself 😅

The Shizuku APK installer Dart plugin depends on HiddenApi library from Shizuku authors in order to access things not normally available to user apps, so that needs to be adapted as well.
Now I'm more confused how the plugin compiled successfully when Obtainium was being built... Well, it indeed doesn't build...

Hopefully it'll work after this, no guarantees though as I don't really know Kotlin or Dart (only enough to read small part of the code), so it would be great if there are people with better knowledge to help test and fix, thanks!
