Refactor: multi-page dashboard, Glide icon loading, and UI fixes

  • Refactored settings into a multi-page dashboard (Appearance, Interaction, Handle, Tools).
  • Replaced slow, synchronous PackageManager icon loading with Glide.
  • Implemented a custom AppIconModelLoader for seamless Icon Pack support in Glide.
  • Added a fast in-memory cache for system default icons.
  • Implemented a BroadcastReceiver to instantly refresh icons upon app install/uninstall.
  • Improved FloatingPanelService touch interception for reliable outside clicks.
  • Restored original Support Development button styling.
  • Standardized Accessibility Icon to native Android Material Vector with internal padding.
  • Refined Hero App Icon design with invisible circular mask.
