Add basic SDK tutorial and legacy header support
Add a two-notebook Basic SDK tutorial (notebooks, README, .env.example) and shared helpers (tutorials/basic-sdk-flow/utils.py). Update DataValidator to recognize legacy sensor CSV header BestGuessFormula by mapping it to variablename via LEGACY_SENSOR_FIELD_ALIASES and a _normalize_sensor_row helper. Add a unit test to verify legacy header acceptance and adjust the sensor validation loop to use normalized rows.
