Changes

  • Re-enable persistent adapter connection as libcec was spinning up polling threads in the background even if an adapter was not actually opened
  • Further reduce resource usage by using PROCESS_MODE_BACKGROUND_BEGIN
  • Because of Idle process class being used, there should be no real effect on games
