The safeseqs package comes with example data in the safeseqs/example folder in the directory where safeseqs is installed (usually in lib\site-packages where Python is installed).
To run the example program:
python -m safeseqs.safeseqs_controller -d <python site-packages directory>\safeseqs\example -r results -w 2
After the controller runs all processing steps, the results will be in ..\safeseqs\example\results.
