I missed an automatic change that Visual Studio made. It changed the size of the window so part of the app wasn't visible anymore. I reversed the changes back so now the app looks correct.

Small Change of Paper Size

Changed paper size to 4"x6" to match the common printer setting of 4"x6" index card.
