Drag tabs to reorder them. Grab a tab and drag it sideways to put it where you want — in both the document tab strip and the terminal tab strip. Its neighbours slide out of the way as you go, and the order sticks across a relaunch.

Clicking a tab still just selects it: a drag only starts once the mouse actually moves, so nothing shifts by accident. Double-click on a terminal tab still toggles the panel, and Control-click still opens its rename/theme menu.
