Version 1.2.3

Minor changes, mainly related to the internals of the application. A lot of work has been done to refactor the application.

List of major changes:

• The code base of the client part has been migrated to TypeScript;
• Added aliases for convenient and concise import;
• The logic of interaction with the user's session data (useData) has been rewritten (documentation is present);
• Improved the convenience of interacting with notifications. The UI has been changed. Added swipe support for hiding.
