Performance enhanced on data workflows

• Efficient review data retrieving to provide a smoother UX (token with review permission)
• Batchly retrieving abstracts in API mode provides better UX in dealing with > 1000 total number of abstracts (token with manage permission)

Resolve macOS pkg installation issue due to cannot verify, override by:

xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine <path to package>
