IODA Chart

We added a new chart to the IODA pages and it appears that Aggie is sometimes grabbing this new chart instead of the connectivity chart. The purple/pink chart does not have any alerts on it so we won't be integrating it into Aggie anytime soon.

2. Backfill to fix historical data arranged at night, update later when backfill completed
