The extension is loaded unpacked, not from the Chrome Web Store: it uses chrome.debugger for trusted CDP input, which Store policy disallows. The installer prints the one step Chrome requires a human for.

Mirrored from atlas-browser extension-v0.2.0. atlas-ping reports version 0.1.0, which is maintained independently of the extension version.
