Pull request overview
Adds a new .github/copilot-instructions.md onboarding document intended to guide the Copilot cloud agent when working in android-core, with CI-aligned build/test commands and a brief project/module layout overview.
Changes:
- Introduces Copilot cloud agent onboarding instructions under
.github/. - Documents CI commands (as referenced from
.github/workflows/android.yml) and composite-build consumption notes. - Summarizes repository layout and a few “key rules” for contributions.
