Add a standalone mode for the GUI configurator, which allows changing ClassicWindowSwitcher's settings with an easy-to-use GUI dialog, even if you are not using the standalone ClassicWindowSwitcher.exe for running the switcher itself.
Running ClassicWindowSwitcher.exe will automatically start in standalone mode if another instance of ClassicWindowSwitcher is detected. You can force this mode by running with the /config flag, too.

Run ClassicWindowSwitcher.exe for the standalone mode. Put ClassicWindowSwitcher.dll as C:\Windows\dxgi.dll for running CWS inside explorer.exe.
