One archive per platform. Each holds the v8-runner binary (v8-runner.exe on Windows),
this README, the licence, the fork notice and the examples/ directory.

Run uname -m to tell an Apple Silicon Mac (arm64) from an Intel one (x86_64).

Every archive is built from the same protected source commit.
v8-runner-assets.json binds the source tag and commit to SHA-256 metadata for every other release asset,
and for each archive also to the path and SHA-256 of the binary inside it.
All archives and the manifest have GitHub build attestations.
Starting with v0.7.0, the consolidated manifest replaces per-asset .sha256 and .provenance.json sidecars.
Up to v0.11.4 the release also carried uncompressed binaries named v8-runner-darwin-arm64,
v8-runner-linux-x64 and v8-runner-win-x64.exe; they were byte-for-byte the archived binary and are gone.
