Highlights

• Give native Xcode DAG validation commands configuration/platform-specific
  outputs, removing the missing-output warning without disabling validation or
  colliding when an iOS app builds its watchOS companion. Swift targets receive
  a comment-only Swift input; Clang targets receive a comment-only header.
  Reports remain outside target resource bundles.
• Keep the consumer skill dependency-graph JSON on stdout free of build
  diagnostics, so structured consumers can parse it directly.
• Refresh current multilingual guides and English/Korean API navigation.

Breaking and Behavior Changes

Native Xcode validation now orders compilation through SDK-specific
generated inputs. Validation failures still fail the build; unchanged
generated inputs retain their timestamps. Xcode may still invoke the gate
on an unchanged build, where the coordinator reuses validation caches.
SwiftPM Clang targets retain output-free gates. Public container APIs,
SwiftSyntax 604.0.0, supported toolchains and platform minimums are unchanged.

Upgrade Actions

Regenerate the consumer workspace after adopting the released patch. This
build-plugin fix does not require container source changes. Inspect a consumer
with the read-only tools before planning any source migration:
