• @InnoFlowCasePathIgnored provides a per-enum-case opt-out from action-path
  synthesis and unsupported-payload diagnostics, including when a custom path
  must be declared in an extension that the attached macro cannot inspect.

Fixed

• @InnoFlow no longer warns for labeled or multi-payload action cases that
  already declare their canonical <caseName>CasePath inside Action, including
  typealiased and factory-built paths. Module-qualified opt-out annotations are
  recognized, and multi-payload diagnostics now print the exact normalized path
  name when the action case starts with an underscore.
• The canonical realtime-stream sample test now waits for the original loop's
  follow-up sleep registration before measuring its latest-wins replacement,
  preventing a loaded CI runner from advancing the cancelled sleeper early.
