• Isolate release tag, date and API-baseline selftest fixtures from the real workflow's inherited release environment, while retaining exact tag/SHA checks and negative controls.
• Derive the disposable lifecycle fixture's candidate version from release notes and keep its stable baseline synthetic, so later patches and stable promotion do not invalidate the test itself.
• Exercise clean, real-tag-like and standalone trigger/date environments in CI before another public tag is created.

The existing 6.0.0 and 6.0.1 tags are preserved; their earlier candidate evidence
is not reused as 6.0.2 evidence. The immutable 6.0.2 tag retains its historical 5.1.1 candidate-freeze marker.
