DigiDukan — QR Storefront SaaS MVP

What is DigiDukan?

DigiDukan is a multi-tenant SaaS web application that allows local business owners to create a public digital storefront accessible via a QR code and public URL. Customers can browse the catalog and send cart orders directly to the shop owner via WhatsApp.


User Roles

Role Description
SUPER_ADMIN Platform administrator — manages all owners, shops, plans
OWNER Business owner — manages their own shop(s), catalog, and settings
PUBLIC_VISITOR Unauthenticated customer — browses storefront, adds to cart, orders via WhatsApp

MVP Definition of Done

The MVP is complete when:

  • Owner can sign up and publish a shop
  • Shop has categories, items, and collections
  • Customer can browse the public storefront

  • Owner can download a QR for the storefront

  • Paid analytics are visible
  • Super admin can manage shops and plans
