Major release of public data needed to run Anima scripts. This data is required to run Anima scripts in their v3.0 version and above.

It includes:

  • an atlas for intracranial segmentation - updated since v2.1
  • an identity transform (often used by scripts)

More details on installation and the scripts that use them in the documentation.
