Reset 7-Star Raid Captures

• New action that clears the "already captured" flag on 7-Star Tera Raids events (the "Unrivaled" series and similar), so raids limited to one capture per save can be caught again.

Fixes

• Fixed a stray block character appearing in place of line breaks on multi-line confirmation dialogs.

• Add Raid events 137 to 143.
